WASTE GENERATION TECHNOLOGY
Waste incineration technology to generate electricity is increasingly widely applied in developed and developing countries around the world. This technology as a new solution to the environment is increasingly slipping.

Process of burning electric waste:

  1. Waste after being collected is put into the incinerator (preliminary classification).
  2. At the incinerator, with the addition of fuel auxiliary (mainly coal, oil), waste is burned through 2 levels to reach a temperature higher than 1,000 ° C to handle toxic compounds.
  3. The hot air out of the incinerator is led to the pipes to the outside of the boiler to produce steam to rotate the electric turbine. This hot air flow continues to be led through heat exchange and cooling tower before being treated with a system of fabric bags and NOX, SOX reducing catalysts.
  4. The emissions after satisfactory treatment will be blown into the chimney by the fan, discharging into the outside environment. The ash and ash generated by the burning process and ash from the gas treatment system are taken to the landfill.
