OIL SEPARATION SYSTEM
One of the most clogging wastes is grease generated during preliminaries, processing, and cleaning in the kitchen. Currently, the latest technology of separation of grease from the kitchen is based on the principle of gravity selection.

Common grease separation tanks are usually divided into 3 compartments:

1st compartment: Filter large size garbage and grease

Here, large-sized waste and grease are kept in the filter basket. Helps to regulate the flow, avoid causing blockage of pipes.

2nd compartment: Grease trap

Perform grease separation function. This second compartment is designed to limit the disturbance of the water flow, through which the grease floats to the surface of the compartment, the remaining wastewater continues to flow through the next compartment. The floating fat is removed from this compartment. Here, a wall is usually designed to direct the flow to separate grease and water into two separate parts.

3rd compartment: Prevent excess fat collection

This is the transit compartment. The water from this compartment is connected to the common drainage pipe with other common wastewater sources.

Classification of grease separation tanks:

  • According to the size / capacity of receiving wastewater
  • Classification by function of technical solutions
